An exceptional mix that combines comfort, contemporary and traditional style, with a splendid balcony facing the Ponte Vecchio and the Florentine skyline.  
  
This gorgeous apartment is on the first floor with elevator - very rare feature in central Florence! - in an elegant building with concierge service in the splendid Via dei Bardi, a stone\\'s throw from Ponte Vecchio, in the Oltrarno area.  
  
The whole place conveys elegance and good taste, thanks to the recent and refined renovation. Natural light floods the room thanks to the large windows overlooking the Arno.  
  
As soon as we enter we find the large and bright living room furnished with a designer sofa and a nice dining table. The windows open onto a splendid balcony overlooking the Arno river, which allows you to admire some of the most famous monuments of Florence, including Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery. Along the corridor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.  
  
The property includes a very spacious kitchen, complete with all appliances where you can test yourself with your Italian cooking skills.  
  
For daily needs, a supermarket is located in front of the house; within walking distance you have all the main museums of Florence, art galleries and the best restaurants.

#### Fantastic Firenze

Our stay in Firenze was simply fantastic. The apartment was well stocked and well managed and in an incredible location within walking distance to all sites and neighborhoods we wanted to visit. Check-in was easy as we were met at the property by a representative. Because of the layout of the apartment it is quite suitable for parties of 4 -6. The only downside was the pullout bed in the living room. It was a little uncomfortable and may need a new mattress. The Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking and even though there were many options for making coffee, one of the coffee makers was not working. Overall we all loved the property and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling in a small group.

#### Ponte Vecchio Dream

This convenient 2 bedroom apt was located in an amazing intersection of the Ponte Vecchio and via Dei Bardi a "5 corner" area with restaurants, bakeries, shopping, and Conad market all within 1-5 minute walk door to door. Both bedrooms had ensuite bathroom, large living area with a balcony overlooking the Arno, and a wonderful kitchen and eating area overlooking the streets. Each room was equiped with an A/C unit that provided ample cold air during our hot 14 day July stay in Florence. We truly enjoyed our stay.
