"If you are wanting a nice clean cute stay at a place in Florence, do not book this spot. My partner and I were super excited about this spot. When we showed up it was the complete opposite of what the listing shows. It was so difficult to find the place that I had to ask where it was. The people who helped had no clue what we were talking about and thought it was an old shed that wasn’t in use. There was no clear entrance and no parking. When we walked inside it was nothing like the pictures....

"Bookings are orbits was extremely difficult especially since the property was through verbo I had to constantly call verbo to get my information since I wasn't a member of orbits the whole situation was extremely difficult That being said I will deal directly with the people who are the property management from here on out The place was lovely It was beautiful and it was for my anniversary so that was special but the in between stage finally getting all of the information was extremely difficult"

"While the property looks a bit dated from the outside, our room was newly renovated with new paint and fixtures. Kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils. Enjoyed our stay and would be perfect for a gathering of friends. Extremely family and pet friendky"

"Our room was clean and mostly quiet. There was a little noise from trucks driving across the bridge. The view was great. We enjoyed watching birds, seals, boats and the sunsets. Breakfast was good with several hot items including a pancake machine. Old town with its shops and restaurants was a short walk away. We have stayed here before and will stay again."

"Love how close we were to the beach, had our own path. Little bit of a hill to go over. The house was clean, though not updated. There were some stains on the carpet. Looking at previous reviews, I personally had no issue with hot water for showers, but my mom and brother took showers at the same time in two of the down stairs bathrooms so they did get cold water quickly. The stoves burner was horrible, they really need a new stove. The windows definitely should be cleaned so you can see the ocean and sunset clearly. The downstairs bed in room that has a door to the driveway needs a new bed. It was like the left side was an air bed, you sink down. All the other beds were great. For the price, we would stay there again, but suggest updates and there can charge a bit more."
