It was not overdone, it was plain, simple and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Work is being done on the rest of the complex and I'm sure it will be done as tastefully as the unit we stayed in. Very clean, uncluttered, nice art. Next door to our favorite eatery in Yachats, walk everywhere in this darling coast village, trails, beach, coffee shops, galleries, grocery store. This little place is in a row of four units, elevated above a tiny park with greenery next to Hwy 101\. Traffic slows down going through townand was not really noticeable to us after 10 pm but I will bring earplugs next time because I am a light sleeper.
