We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of all guests. If you are planning to book both accommodations for a larger group, please contact us directly for assistance.\*\*\* \*\*\*Please Note: There is a security camera mounted on the exterior corner of the side porch area of the larger unit that monitors the driveway area only. There is sound and the device is recording.\*\*\* Please reach out to us via the messaging app or phone should you need anything! We would like to kindly inform you that although we have implemented an effective pest control program, it is important to note that the property is situated in North Georgia, surrounded by woods. As a result, it is possible to occasionally encounter insects or bugs. However, rest assured that we have taken all necessary precautions to mitigate this occurrence and ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. We ask that you please respect the following rules during your stay: 1) No pets please. Any unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction and extra charges for any additional cleaning/damages. 2) No parties or events. 3) No smoking or vaping of any substance inside the home. If you do smoke we ask that you please do so outside and away from the doors. Please pick up and properly dispose of butts. Any evidence of smoke inside the home will result in an immediate charge of $500 plus any additional cost of remediation. There will be additional cleaning charges for not cleaning up cigarette butts. Biohazard Cleaning Fee: For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas. We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs. Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. My husband has never been to Chattanooga. His birthday fell on the 17th, our baby girl turned 3 months on the 18th, and our 4 year old son starts Kindergarten in a few weeks. We had so much fun exploring. We went to the aquarium, let my son play in the water outside afterwards, then drove around exploring. We had lunch at the Purple Daisy, and then went to the St. Elmo’s park. Every night at The Meadows we would sit in the living room as a family and have movie nights! It was so peaceful.
