"Loud due to trains and other guests that kicked a soccer ball against a door and in the hall until 4 AM. They started back up by 9 AM. When I said something they said they couldn’t do anything about it. The room next to me complained to me about it also. Lack of proper on site staff does not help. "

"Very noisy in our room all night.Sounded like water or air rushing thru pipes. This went on ALL NIGHT LONG! Used my earplugs. Not just our room either. Others on our floor with same issue.. Cannot stay again."

"The staff was great. The cleanliness was not great. We had to move rooms when we first checked in because there were hairs all over the bed. We got into the second room and it was clear that it had not been vacuumed and there was a hair on the towel. Staff was accommodating in shuffling us around, but it was gross."

"Nothing wrong with the hotel other than a need for updating and deep cleaning. Smells like old smoke from the 80s/90s. Some of the patrons were way too loud at 1 in the morning, but that is not the fault of the hotel."
