"The staff is a standout for this property. Delores checked me in, and she’s a class act. : ) Room was pretty basic — but comfortable! Slept well. A/C blew strong. Room doesn’t have many outlets — so you can tell this Best Western property was built before everyone had gadgets that need charging. : ) Bathroom was super basic. Toilet was one of the short ones. Slight smell of mildew — probably the shower curtain. But all surfaces (sink, shower) were clean. Plenty of parking! Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Check in was quick and pleasant. Chris was the front desk associate if I recall his name correctly. He was very helpful in giving me a room with the view that I wanted. My room was clean and comfortable. One of two elevators was in operation during my stay. Continental breakfast was basic. Cereal, coffee, juice, bagels and muffins along with self serve waffle machine. Hotel shows some signs of wear and tear ...torn wallpaper in hallway near elevator on one floor. To sum up, this hotel meets my needs while visiting the Cumberland area and I will return again in future."

"We had a relaxing stay at this cozy retreat. It was private, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked, and the grill outside was clean and ready to use. There are quaint places to eat in town if you'd rather dine out. The antique shops and local history made it a charming place to stay. We would stay here again."
