"We had a great time from Sun-Sat. The hotel was very clean and our room was clean as well. We were able to get towels by calling down to the front desk, as well as anything else we needed."

"I wish the Sheraton would fix their ice machines. When people go to the beach, they often would like ice to put in their drinks after being at the beach. They are always broken. The desk staff was more than accommodating and very friendly. The bartender at the outdoor pool bar who has the long hair (she is from Virginia and used to Be a teacher) was excellent and super friendly. A way to improve would Be providing some type of complimentary breakfast with the stay and improving the service in the restaurant. The beds and pillows are my favorite here. I sleep very well at the Sheraton."

"The staff at this property was Exceptio al. They were all helpful and kind with smiles that lit up their face and were genuine . When there was an issue with a buzzing compresser they upgraded our room immediately ! That factor alone made them a cut above the rest of the hotels along the VB Oceanfront where we have stayed in the past. Best Comfy Beds !! small pool"

"This is a very nice hotel with spacious, well-kept suites. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel (Tides) is actually very good. There was only one odd quirk. When we arrived in our suite, we found that the bath gel dispenser was completely empty. Although we made three requests to the desk and guest services, and were promised that they would take care of the issue, we were never able to get the soap refilled. We even spoke with two of the cleaning staff directly to no avail. Finally, we went to the front desk and they were able to provide several tiny bars of hand soap that worked just fine. Like I said, quirky, and it seemed like a simple request, but we couldn't get it resolved. We always bring our own shampoo and conditioner, but rely on the hotel to provide hand and bath soap so this was a new one for us. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, however, and I like that it was off the beaten path of the "boardwalk"."
