"We loved this place! It was perfect for the 2 of us. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, was the tv on the porch had streaming channels and a huge selection of movies, but the tv inside was old school cable and had no streaming at all. We were there for a wedding so by Saturday we were beat and the weather was awful and we wanted to lie in bed and movie out. But other than a couple glitches checking in, our stay was great."

"Not beachfront but close to the beach. You have an obstructed view of the ocean. The property itself is nice and well equipped but if you prioritize cleanliness and customer service, I would stay elsewhere. Was ignored for a whole day upon arriving and finding many cleanliness issues. They offered to come clean the place after we were there 2/4 nights of our stay. I declined as my infant daughter has allergies and didn't want her exposed to the chemicals DURING our stay. Would never stay at another property managed by sun surf reality. "

"Donna is an excellent host. Quick responses and informative. The house was OVERLY equipped with all we needed and more! Even for my little toddler! Very clean rooms and bathrooms and kitchen. The pool was extremely clean and refreshing. Beach access right across road which made it wonderful with the toddler being with us. Would definitely recommend this beautiful space Donna so graciously shares with us!!"

"House was super clean! Porch was lovely. The pool is nice sized and plenty of furniture for lounging. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Very short (5 minutes) walk to beach. Beach was wonderful! Not crowded at all; kids loved every minute of it. We’ve been to lots of beaches along the East coast and Emerald Isle is a favorite. Glenn was a great host and other than seeing them one time, we didn’t even know they were there. Great communication. Would definitely stay again! "
