« Stayed in accessible room. Room was located down a long hallway, farthest possible from elevator. Room was large and easy to maneuver in a wheelchair. Water pressure was low and water was either luke-warm or hot. There was no air circulation in the bathroom. my phone could not connect to the hotel wi-fi. There was no channel directory for the TV »

« Check was a pain. I had stayed at this property once before and everything was great but the 2nd time was a completely different experience. The clerk who checked me in was difficult. She needed all my information again, address, phone number and charged me a fee in case someone happen. She questioned me about my service dog and pretty much gave me a hard time during check in. « We were there for the NASCAR race, it was a great location. Staff was friendly, room was clean. »

« The only complaint we had was that the air conditioner wouldn't run while you're asleep. The front desk person said it was set up to only run by motion detection. This is how going green technology works. Therefore, you wake up very warm in the morning. Not happy with that at all. »
