Location was great for an early morning flight. Free bus to and from airport runs every 12-15 minutes, takes about 10 minutes.

The staff at Hilton would not allow me to correct a computer error regarding the reservation date. I was unable to use the reservation. Thank you Expedia for assisting me with a new reservation.

Very convenient, so close to the airport, shuttle bus every 15 minutes is really great to do whatever and go back n forth. Very clean and cozy room, nice resto, The only thing I don't like, is the bathroom, the way how shower/ bathtub splash cover while taking a shower, it leaks and the whole bathroom gets wet. Besides this bathroom issue, hotel itself is so nice, clean, and convenient.Hopefully, they will look into this problem and just change it to shower curtain instead to avoid the water leaking on the floor.

It was clean, except have to wit for a while to be called for check in which did not happen until we decide to go to front desk again. Also there not much to do around area. Would be nice if there is a free shuttle to closest mall to cut the time

Close to airport with a free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Courteous and attentive staff. We arrived early but were allowed to secure our luggage in a locked closet room. We then toured Rome from late morning until evening unencumbered with luggage. We were also very impressed with our rooms; bright/cheerful decor with high ceilings which made it feel bigger. The optional add-on breakfast buffet was excellent and featured made to order omelettes and fresh squeezed fruit & vegetable drinks brought right to your table. Also, many pastries; coffees, teas, fresh fruit, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, muffins, and much more were deliciously displayed in their bright/cheerful breakfast area. One negative for those traveling without computers. Their computers and printer in the business center were a bit old. Thankfully, their technical guy helped us log in and print out our boarding passes for our international flights next morning. This proved cumbersome and a bit challenging given the old equipment and outdated software interfaces which did not mesh well with the airlines' websites. I was able to exchange just enough US$ ($100 limit per day) for Euros for our last day in Italy. Thankfully the cabs and restaurants all took credit cards.
