My partner and I decided to spend new years here. Theres so much to do in the Valle but we just wanted to get away and chill in front of a fire. Our cabin did not have a fire pit but the hotel supplied one right away since we were spending the night in. They even provided firewood! I brought some of my own but it sure came in handy since I was chillin outside for 6 hours. Interestingly it is not complete yet, there are only 6 cabins of a total of a planned 10, and the pool is on its way, along with the gardens, a jacuzzi and deck, all of which if as phenomenal as the cabins and lobby, they will surely be dazzling. We got a great deal because of this, but I cannot wait to return when it completes. It will be like a mini resort. A great winery is on the opposite hill near by called Decantos Vinicola, and across the street is a fully operating resort. Both serve excellent food. You will also get a stunning view of the stars at night coupled with actual shooting stars. I was given a room with no view and that was a little disappointing . The rooms have no tv and our blow dryer did not work. The towels in the restroom seemed dirty and stained . Thankfully I took my own towels, appliances and blanket. The breakfast included was a bowl of fruit and coffee. They have a kitchen/bar but no food options to choose from . Took a long time to try and shower and very difficult to wash hair as pressure was so bad. They state that windows are mirrored, but when you sit outside you can see everything going on in the room so you have to keep the blind drawn at all times and cannot enjoy the valley view. The room was snall but nice. The staff is so nice and polite. The view was super nice. Its a very peaceful setting if you are looking for a quiet place. Lots of vineyards around. The obvious likes are the layout and view. Disappointing things were No water pressure, breakfast was late every day, staff did a poor job of cleaning the room. Get the staff to show up on time and have breakfast/coffee ready. Provide new glasses and towels everyday.
