The accommodation features an open kitchen connected to a cozy living room, as well as a sleeping area with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Fully enjoy your stay by relaxing on the spacious 30m2 terrace, where you can sunbathe or savor a meal outdoors.  
  
The condominium spans across 50 hectares of pine forest and greenery, offering an idyllic setting for walks and rejuvenation. A caretaker ensures the security of the premises, with secure access through a badge-operated barrier, as well as a private parking space for your vehicle.  
  
You will also have access to numerous recreational facilities, including 2 swimming pools, a tennis court, and a private beach. For boating enthusiasts, a free pontoon is available for mooring your boat, and a boat space can be provided within the estate for sea and lagoon excursions (included in the rental).  
  
Younger guests will also have plenty of options with children's games, a petanque court, bicycles, and even an inflatable boat, paddleboard, and windsurfing board at their disposal. Whether it's summer or winter, this rental is open year-round to offer you exceptional holidays.
