Thank you for your detailed response. Glad you found the cottage clean and tidy and as comfortable as possible. At times with the heat waves we are experiencing in BC the air conditioning is a little challenging on the upper floor, but we do have fans for help with the circulation. It’s is a resort that is situated on the hill side therefore the views are fantastic of the lake. We were in constant communication with your husband and I believed things were all good. Too bad we did not receive a 5* rating from you since we were checking in with you for most of your stay. We understood that the family had a lovely time at the pool and the Wedding at the resort was beautiful. Again we appreciate your feedback back and we hope that you enjoy the rest of your summer. Just wanted to mention that the Strata office is open 8:30-4 pm., seven days a week. Our check-in time is at 4 pm, which works well for our cleaning staff. Most guests usually go to the office by 3:30 pm to get their amenities pass and then head straight to our cottage for a 4 pm check in. As for the confusion with the gate code, I do apologize, it was my mistake. Glade it all worked itself out at the Strata office, and they gave you the correct code. I also have my maintenance person on site who would have been able to assist you. I also can always be reached by phone, email or text message. Having said this, thank you again for choosing Bella Cottage and hoping you will think of us again for any future holiday stays to the Okanagan Valley. Until next time, our best regards to you. What a wonderful write up about your stay. Sounds like the cottage and resort was perfect in every way. I'm sure that I did mention in my letter to you about the new cottage going up next door. I'm hoping it will be finished by sometime this July. Hoping the construction and the road coming in wasn't the reason you gave us a 4 out of 5 stars. We really do not have much control over these two things. The main thing is that you got to see some beautiful places in B. C.
