Le personnel est à l'écoute et très disponible. Chaque personne est polie, bienveillante et vraiment à votre entière disposition. Le ménage est fait avec précision et soin. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est 5\* ! Vraiment ces dames sont très agréables, efficaces et à l'écoute. Le personnel de la réception est aussi vraiment serviable, bienveillant et fait tout pour vous rendre le séjour agréable. L' hôtel est vraiment bien placé, 15mn à pieds de L'Acropole, 10 mn du métro Monastiraki, 1 mn du marché central d'Athènes.
