The best time to visit Fili, Kwara, Nigeria, for pleasant weather is during the dry season, which runs from November to April.

During these months, you'll experience lower humidity and less rainfall, making it ideal for exploring the local area and enjoying outdoor activities. Daytime temperatures are generally warm and consistent, typically ranging from 30°C to 35°C, with cooler evenings. This period is particularly good for those looking to avoid the heavier rains and higher humidity of the wet season.

For travellers planning to visit the nearby Kainji Lake National Park for wildlife viewing, the dry season is also preferable. The drier conditions mean animals are more likely to congregate around water sources, making them easier to spot.
