"For starters the room was very clean. Towels, bedding and the furniture were well maintained. Ice maker in the fridge was very convenient and I personally loved that. The cubes are colder than what the traditional higher volume commercial ice makers you find in the hallway. Back to the bed, I slept great every night. Which is nice after working all day. However, there are 2 big negatives. Wifi is unstable and drops... 🙄 It dropped out a lot!🙄🙄🙄. The dishwasher, though a petty complaint, definitely needs an upgrade. I've done maintenance for a job nearly 15 years ago and this dishwasher is basically bellow basic. Bottoms rack barely cleans and top rack is hardly even reached. Detergent doesn't even leave the spot you put in the detergent, so you're better off putting it in the silverware basket. It does so poorly , you're still washing dishes in the sink. But, even with those complaints, I would absolutely come back. I slept well, shower had great pressure and the room was clean."

"Front-office staff were too busy with too much work and therefore had a bad attitude. Breakfast was very poor. The coffee was horrible. I poured it out. Did get a good nights sleep and it was quiet. Bed needs replaced soon."
