"The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious. My only issues were, the lighting in the en-suite was very dull, especially for making sure that you had taken all your makeup off, never mind trying to put it on. Both push buttons for the toilet were exceedingly stiff. I had to use both hands to try and push the button enough for it to flush. My only other quibble and the staff could do nothing about that, was the inconsiderate guests, going into their rooms at half two and half three in the morning. Banging the doors and talking loudly."

"Plenty of parking on arrival. Receptionist was very helpful explaining all we needed to know. The room was very spacious with everything we needed. Breakfast was superb with lots of choices from hot breakfast items, cereal, toast, croissants and rolls. Choice of fruit juices and coffees. Overall excellent accommodation ."

"Room was spotless. Had a mini fridge, very comfortable bed and great views. Had dinner in The Shore restaurant. Food was great, Becca was our server, she was very helpful, particularly finding a quiet area for us that suited our son who is autistic. Breakfast was very good, great choice. Would recommend this hotel"

"Staff were so friendly! I was half an hour early for check in and only came in to ask about the car if I could leave it there to grab some lunch but they allowed me to check in early and sign the tablet for my car! I will definitely be coming again. Breakfast was lovely too. Taking the order whilst going in to grab some continental. Very quick service with hot food."
