"I texted when we landed at the airport and was told to go to a restaurant. There they told me our apartment had issues and we would be in hotel rooms. We needed the washing machine and kitchen though. We were never notified of this change until we actually arrived to check in. The rooms were nice so no complaints to with then but we would have preferred to stay in the place we rented. My daughter has many food allergies so I bring her food to prepare and was not able to prepare that food."

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view and a large balcony. I could sit and watch the sun set. Breakfast was a fresh traditional plated Albanian breakfast with coffee, juice and water included. There was a restaurant at the hotel and taxis nearby which was very convenient. Walking into town was a steep walk down a hill and then back up to get to the hotel, so I’d recommend bringing good walking shoes. I travelled in late September/early October,...

Our stay at Comfort Hotel couldnt have been better. The staff were amazing, especially the headmistress. While on the outside you wouldnt know it, the inside was full marble and beautiful. We paid 5 euro a person to have breakfast included every morning, which was great. Standand balkan breakfast with hood options and fresh food. We really liked that this area wasnt very touristy when we went(in august). It felt very home-y and like we were one of the locals.

The room itself was clean , proper and equipped with everything we needed. Location wise was perfect, we had a view of the old town, especially beautiful at night.
