« Do not stay here! Arrived to check in to find the restaurant closed. It would have been nice to have received communication about this prior to check in, as we drove several hours and expected to have a meal on arrival. Then, discovered we had no hot water in our room and a toilet that just ran non-stop. The desk clerk took $50 off our stay, which doesn’t cover the inconvenience. We took our kids to the waterpark, and found hot tub also not working, pool surfacing crumbling off, stairs to...

« This was clean cute hotel. The only problem was the tv in my room wasn't working and was told no discounts or refunds for the inconvenience. »

« The staff were friendly and kind. However, the beds were not comfortable to sleep on. One bed frame was completely broken, and sticking out further then the bed. Staff simply put a blanket over it to cover the fact that it was sticking out, I ran my shin into the bed frame. Ouch! My friend also had to sleep on top of the pillows provided to get comfortable. The room could have been cleaner, along with the bathroom. Breakfast, included coffee, yogurt, soft frozen waffles, prepackaged boiled eggs...
