In the second room, the bathtub was dirty with stagnant water residue, which I had to scrub myself before using. ​Customer Service (Dec 23rd): The attitude of the male receptionist on duty the morning of my departure was deplorable. I asked for assistance with the luggage storage, but his reception was icy. Despite my greetings and repeated thanks, he remained completely silent and unfriendly. Such a lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable."
