Most reviews I've seen have been quite positive and I must agree that the staff is very friendly. Overall our experience was very good however I didn't expect a 2 bedroom suite to have only 1 bath (a little awkward for 4 of us). Also for a hotel with a no-smoking policy they seem to have trouble enforcing that - my room smelled of smoke when we arrived and the lobby also smelled of smoke on another occasion.
