You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Finca with large garden

Finca with pool for 6 persons. This traditional finca is located in the beautiful and quiet area of Binifarda, just 4 km. from Felanitx and 15 minutes drive from the beaches of Porto Colom and Cala D'Or in Mallorca. The garden has large lawns with fruit trees where children can play and play, and a goldfish pond.  
  
Rustic traditional country house with generous outdoor area. From the entrance you enter the spacious dining area with adjoining open kitchen. A wooden staircase leads to the gallery in the 1st. Floor where the living room with sofa and TV is located. A corridor leads from the kitchen-dining area to the 3 Schlafizmmern the finca. One bedroom with two single beds and two bedrooms each with a double bed. All 3 bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a bath and a shower room.  
  
At the back of the villa is a large covered terrace with a long dining table and chill area overlooking the pool and the garden. There is a brick barbecue. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and anchored beach straw umbrellas. The garden has lawns and fruit trees. Covered parking.

#### Wunderschöner, entspannter Urlaub.

Abseits vom Trubel.....und doch ziemlich zentral. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und Dank Lidl in der Nähe, jeden Abend auf der Terrasse gesessen und den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Allerdings müsste das Sofa wieder hoch ins Wohnzimmer, wäre unser Vorschlag.
