This unique property boasts tasteful, typically Mallorcan décor. The spacious living area is spread over two levels, offering ample room for families. From the entrance, with its large, antique oak door, you enter a cozy living room with a cast-iron stove. Here you'll also find the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and direct access to the covered barbecue area and the pool. The ground floor also features a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both sharing a shower room.

A staircase leads to the first floor, where a spacious living area awaits. Two further twin bedrooms share a shower room. One of these bedrooms has a terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The third bathroom is an outdoor bathroom with a bathtub, located near the pool.

Sfeervol landhuis met geweldig zwembad

Het huis is zeer ruim, met 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers zelfs geschikt voor 2 gezinnen. Ook de buitenruimte en het zwembad zijn zeer riant. Het is een prive huis dat in de winter bewoond wordt door de eigenaren zelf. Het huis is oud, met authentieke details, wat veel sfeer geeft. Het is dan ook geen standaard vakantie woning. De omgeving is zeer rustig, 's nacht is het doodstil en aarde donker. Tegelijk zeer centraal gelegen om het zuidoosten van het eiland te verkennen. Minpunten zijn - de gedateerde badkamers (met name de douche), al werkt alles nog prima, - de voortuin, deze is erg rommelig en steekt af bij de rest van de tuin (de kinderen vonden er bijvoorbeeld een mes), - de eigenaren, deze zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam, echter bezoeken wel elke dag de tuin en het bijgebouw (op zich zonder overlast). Ondanks deze minpunten is het een heerlijk vakantiehuis, waar je je (wellicht na wat gewenning) helemaal thuis voelt en volledig kunt ontspannen.

Wonderful finca

We had a brilliant one week stay here in September 2019. The finca is wonderful, and in easy reach of some lovely local beaches, plus the towns of Felantix and Saltinyi. The finca includes a great swimming pool, four large bedrooms, and plenty of living space inside and out.

Sehr sehr schöne geräumige mallorcinische Finca

Wir waren mit 8 Personen eine Woche im Mai zu Gast. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Außenanlage mit schönem Pool und sehr gepflegtem Garten. Innen sehr großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Einziges Manko die Kaffeemaschine, die ewig läuft... Wir können es sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen !!

Perfekter Finca-Urlaub

Wir haben gerade 8 Tage im Oktober in der Finca verbracht und werden sicher noch mal buchen. Die Finca ist äußerst geräumig, prima ausgestattet und hat dennoch eine persönliche und authentische Note. Es war entspannend , den Tag mit einem Frühstück auf der Terrasse zu beginnen und mit einem abendlichen Grillen zu beenden. Der Pool und der Garten sind wunderschön angelegt und gepflegt. Der Vermieter schaute zu Beginn des Urlaubs vorbei und stattete uns mit Infos und Tipps für den Urlaub aus und versicherte sich, ob alles ok ist. Wir fühlten uns daher sehr willkommen, gut aufgenommen und versorgt. Unser Fazit: es war auf Mallorca unser erster Finca-Urlaub und wir müssen feststellen, besser kann man es nicht haben.

Tolle Tage auf Mallorca

Wir haben eine Woche im Oktober 2016, mit sieben Personen, hier verbracht und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Wirklich tolle Finca, urig eingerichtet mit viel Platz für alle und sehr gepflegtes, großes Grundstück mit großem Pool. Wir haben uns in der Woche selbst verpflegt, in der Küche gab es alles was man so braucht, reichlich Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen (eine neue Kaffeemaschine wäre allerdings nicht schlecht). Wir hatten auch Besuch von dem Eigentümer der Finca, der gelegentlich dort in einem Anbau übernachtet, er war super nett und hilfsbereit, hat uns einiges über die Pflanzen im Garten erklärt und uns einmal sogar selbst gebackenes von seiner Mutter vorbei gebracht. Er hat sich auch um die Haustiere gekümmert, einige Schildkröten und ein Wellensittich, die in einer Voliere wohnen. Es war einfach schön, durch die Lage sehr ruhig, es war sehr erholsam und wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
