Plenty of beds, comfy beds, kitchen fully stocked, easy to use technology and remotes for hot tub. We were a girls weekend but the house is stocked for families and/or couples. The office was so responsive when questions asked! Highly recommend! »

The various room configurations suited all family sizes beautifully, and the family party room was ideal for gathering, conversing, and playing games. « Howdy Ranch was the perfect bookend to our summer. We wanted a weekend away to enjoy each other and be outdoors. The pond was loved by all including the dogs! The water toys (john boat, kayak and paddleboat) were great to have access to. We did a lot of front porch sitting, dock fishing, cooking on the fire pit and admiring the sunset. Disclaimer, we have no idea if the tvs work…never had a reason to turn them on! »

« This house was ADORABLE!! It was small, but perfect for our family of 4. It had all that we needed for a great stay for the weekend in Brenham. The outside views were not great, but it was on a dead end street which was quiet. Plus, we weren't looking outside much. Beds were comfy!! »

« This house truly makes you feel like home with all the needs taken care of. The house is so comfortable and charming. The neighborhood is safe and friendly and close to everything in Bellville. We even learned to play pickleball with the equipment provided in the house. An overall wonderful experience and a great place to stay! »

« We came to Warrenton for a concert at the Round Top Festival Hill. This home is perfect for 2 couples, with each room allowing privacy. The home was clean and well-stocked. The decor is lovely! Would stay here again! »

Everything was clean and comfortable and of the utmost quality. After check in, we never left the property because there was so much there to keep us entertained.
