Friendly staff and cleanliness in general.
We truly appreciate all the staff members at the front desk for storing our luggage for a couple of hours after check out time, since we had to visit the Fatima sanctuary after breakfast before flying out of the country. Thank you and much appreciated!!

Elevator goes to third floor you have to walk up stairs to reach the 4th. Easy walk to the plaza lots of food and shopping nearby you are right in the middle of the action

Everything is up to or better than expectation and the stay is enjoyable. The buffet breakfast is good. The rooms are comfortable and nice with a window facing the Shrine and a good view of everything we wanted to see.
