"We loved the remoteness and solitude of this place. The house was very clean (no dust or musty/moldy smells), the kitchen was nicely appointed, and it was nice to have linens and towels provided! We felt like we had the entire to beach to ourselves, though the crabs definitely ruled the roost! "My husband and I stayed for the weekend at this lovely cottage. We stay at many VRBO properties and this is definitely one of our favorites now. The house was clean, updated and located perfectly in a quiet neighborhood. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. We were able to prepare all of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen. It was truly a relaxing weekend of looking at the ocean and listening to the waves at this beach front home. We can't wait to return!"

"This apartment was perfect for our last minute trip to Delaware to visit family. Communication was excellent and the place was spotless. My husband’s only complaint had to do with channel availability on the TV, but with the provided WiFi, I got him set up on his device. We arrived at night, so it was a little difficult to locate just because it was dark. Overall, we really liked the place and have it saved for our next Delaware visit. "

"The property is fabulous. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is dog friendly, which made our getaway perfect with our pup. The beach was beautiful but had dead horseshoe crabs, which attracted horse flies. The house and views were perfect. I would definitely recommend. "

"Perfect home to stay in! Super clean, well stocked, and excellent location for a quiet getaway. Our two dogs really enjoyed the decks and the accommodations exceeded our expectations from past experiences. Everyone was able to have their own room and bathroom which was a huge bonus, and the beach supplies were awesome. The host was very accommodating and answered my questions in a timely fashion. "We’ve been coming here for the last few years and always enjoy our stay here. "This was our 3rd time at Prime Hook and this location was by far the best in all aspects...number one being the view from the deck. Was surprised at the amenities we found at the house. Could really just take your clothing, drinks and food and almost everything else was surprisingly there! Would highly recommend Anne & Jim and their wonderful home!"

"We chose Delaware for our family trip this year, our 5 adult children and their spouses all went! The house was perfect! There was plenty of bedrooms, several which had desks, which was great for our remote workers. The Kitchen was amazing. We are a family of cooks, so every night was another awesome meal. "This was a an amazing house with a gracious and well prepared host. It had everything you could need to cook and chill. We had our lacrosse team over for a team dinner before the games and it fit us all comfortably. The best was dinner on the roof deck at sunset each night . We will be back! Also had trouble with the AC and the hosts had a technician over in an hour to fix it. "
