This Lodge is perfect for a relaxing mountain vacation. Large enough for the whole family to spread out & have fun. Snuggle up by the fireplace, enjoy a game of pool, head outside, relax in the hot tub, or go fishing! This place has got something for everyone. It’s right off Rt. 40\. Minutes from Nemacolin, Ohiopyle, Fort Necessity & plenty of restaurants nearby. 3beds 2 baths (2 queen 1 full) 1 sleeper sofa. Guests have access to the entire house. There is an old cabin/shed on the property that is private. No guests permitted in the cabin/shed. Guests are able to access the house, stream and hot tub. We live near by to help if you have any issues. We appreciate all communication through the Airbnb app. But If you are need of us right away please call Nikki 412-558-0274. We recommend that you have winter tires during the winter months. We try our best to plow and shovel before a guest arrives but it is not guaranteed. This driveway has a slight slope to it. Be prepared during winter months. There is no public transportation in this area. One bath towel per guest is provided. We do not provide towels for the hot tub. It might be a good idea to bring a few of your own to ensure your comfort. Washer and Dryer are free to use. We do not provide firewood, please bring your own. Fireplace is not permitted for use as insurance does not permit it in guest rentals. There is a propane grill on the deck. If you plan to do a lot of grilling it might be a good idea to check the propane before preparing the meal. If the propane should happen to run out, please let me know as soon as possible. You can also purchase propane tanks just a few miles away the is a Dollar General and a Gas station that sell propane tanks. 🏡 House Rules & Important Information Thank you for choosing to stay with us! Please help us keep the home comfortable for all guests by following these guidelines. 🧹 Cleanliness Please be respectful and clean up after yourselves. We expect the home to be fairly clean at checkout. If cleaning requires more than 5 hours due to excessive mess, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Report any dissatisfaction with the home immediately upon check-in. 🚭 Smoking No smoking inside the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the garbage — do not throw them in the yard. 🔊 Noise & Parties No loud parties are allowed. No refunds will be issued if your stay is interrupted by wildlife. 💧 Hot Tub Information Hot tub malfunctions do occur; technicians are contacted as soon as possible. By using the hot tub or pool, you release M and Rentals LLC from all claims and liability. Children must be supervised near the hot tub. Hot Tub Rules: Cover the hot tub carefully when not in use. Damages to the tub or cover will incur a $200 charge. No glass bottles, cigarettes, or food near or in the hot tub. If the water becomes dirty or unpleasant, notify us immediately. We do not guarantee the hot tub will be working perfectly during your stay and no refunds are given if it is out of order. Thank you for your cooperation! The house had a log cabin vibe and build with a private back yard and creek. The neighbors were far enough away for it to feel relatively private and the large windows made us feel closer to nature. The house was well appointed for more guests and the pool table/games were a nice addition. We felt the couches and some other areas could use some updating and it lacked a few niceties for the rental price that would have put it at 5\*. In addition the required property insurance (or hold) and some of the stated policies of additional charges if this or that happened were a bit off-putting. The cable was pretty basic, but there were smart tvs in every room for which we used our own app accounts. There were heaters in every room, the hot tub was in good condition and everything was clean. The cabinets were well stocked for cooking as well. Great location to get to Ft. Necessity, Ohiopyle State Park, and Falling Waters. This is in a great location to all activities in the area. The biggest hit was going to the natural waterslides with the kids. We will bring a small pool tube next time. You go down them so much easier with a float and it saves your butt. We also rented bikes and went on the allegheny passage. The food at Fox's pizza den and the Twisted Spoke cafe were great. A lot of restaurants were closed on Tues and Wednesday so that was a bummer since we left on a Thursday! Such a fun and beautiful place to visit. We will definitely be back. ##### Bruce R. We toured the Frank Loyd Wright homes in the area and had lunch at Fall City Pub (great food and beers). The house was clean and spacious for our needs. Kitchen was well stocked. The downstairs (pool table area) was a little cold, but we did not use it much. The hot tub was nice and clean. The inside of the house looks better than the outside. Nicely decorated, it's located on a fanastic property. We loved sitting in the family room with our morning coffee, looking out the expansive wall of windows and seeing the fall colors. We spent Thanksgiving here with our adult children and it was perfect! It is located close to Ohiopyle and some great hiking trails. Restaurants in the area are limited but excellent. The beds were comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and the house was very clean! Nikki and Matt go above and beyond to assure that the house offers everything you will need to have a comfortable and fun stay. The creak in the woods next to a lovely fire pit was idealic. Hot tub was lovely. And kitchen had everything we needed to make some nice meals. My family really enjoyed our extended labor day weekend there. We were seven adults and space worked perfect for us. Owners checked in and responded quickly to questions. FYI, plenty of reasonable priced camp firewood nearby. ##### Chad F.
