« The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They had a pretty small fridge in the room that could keep very few things. The bathroom was very tiny. The room was fairly clean. Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. « The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times. »

« I'm not a fan of the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area to begin with, so that probably effected my ratings. They both try so hard to be the next Branson, and Gatlinburg is just too small of an area for that many people.
