After exciting adventures out and about, return to an airy home sporting hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings. Lounge comfortably in the living area watching your favorite streaming services on the smart TV. Whip up tasty meals and beach snacks in the sparkling kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of brand-new stainless steel appliances. An office space is perfect for catching up on remote work while the kids will love the large yard.

Enjoy dinner on the deck with the evening breeze, then unwind by the firepit under a sky full of stars.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house is perfectly located and excellent for a family beach vacation. The beach is a short walk away, and the shops are a short drive. Can easily hold 6 adults. Thanks for a great stay!

Easy check in . House was great but couldn’t have more than two cars.No street parking . Customer service was easily accessible when we needed a few things. Grill is very small .. Short easy walk to the beach

Beautiful place, classic beachfront Cape town!

My wife and I were in town for a family member’s wedding, and the entire weekend was fantastic. The town has such a perfect New England beach front feel, and the house was perfect. It was all that we wanted it to be. Everything is modern, but fit the Cape Cod aesthetic perfectly. We were there without our children, so the size was overkill, but we really loved it. Dealing with the owners was as simple as could be. No problems at all. No hidden fees, or excessive cleaning requests or anything like that. The only thing that could have been a little better was that the outdoor deck could have used a little cleaning up before we got there. We still used it, but the patio chairs and table had some grime that we had to clean off, and there were weeds growing up through the planks of the deck. Minor problem, but it seemed out of place with the perfection of the rest of the property. Like a simple oversight as they were getting the property ready for the season.

Great home and location

We had a wonderful time. The home is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and extremely well stocked. Plenty of dish detergent, paper towels, soap, etc. and they even provided travel size containers of shampoo and conditioner. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Girls Trip

2 of my girl friends and i went on a girls trip here and were blown away! The house was amazing and just like the photos. The house makes you feel at home and is so comfortable for relaxing. Definitely coming back and recommend to anyone who is considering staying here!

Short stay in Falmouth

The cottage was cute and really all that we needed. I got mixed up and thought we were staying on the other side of Falmouth. We could still walk to Main Street but it was a little long after a night out. If you are interested in going to the beach, it's in a great sport.

Cute Cottage close to everything

The house was nicely appointed and well stocked. I stayed with a group of friends, plenty of room for 5 women. Great access to the ferry. Ferry Cottage is in a great location. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Inviting and Relaxing!

This home away from home offers spacious bedrooms and living spaces on a nice grassy lot in a quaint neighborhood setting. Step out onto your deck and sit at the table and watch the little bunnies nibbling the grass and listen to the birds singing. Clean, well-equipped and stocked with essentials, including all linens, this place has got you covered! A bookshelf full of guides and summer reads, toys and games for the kiddos for family time indoors as well as a beach wagon loaded-up for beach-time fun. Kitchen is well stocked and ready for pretty much anything. Comfy beds, climate control and a quiet setting (at least in April) led to restful nights sleep. Beaches, fun shops and yummy restaurants nearby. We were very pleased with our stay!

Cute house in a great location. House was well equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen essentials. Only downside was the 10 AM check out, but that was known at the time of booking. Would stay again!
