"It was ok. The valet staff was very good. The front desk was nice on the way in. I called down later to ask whether they had any non-down, thinner pillows. She answered and said “hang on a minute” and then proceeded to talk to someone else in my ear about other stuff and then seemed really confused about what I meant about the pillow, and then said she’d have someone look into it. I was pretty sure nobody was coming and they never did. I used a folded towel for a pillow."

I’m sorry to say but there were addicts checking in before us and hanging out in the lobby and though that didn’t completely deter us at first, the rooms smelled like they had been chain smoked in and the sheets when we pulled them back were stained yellow and there were literal trash bits. The check in desk is behind plexiglass."
