Look no further than our ‘Wine Away’ - an Italian Villa that will easily accommodate up to 20 of your family and friends. This large 5250 sq ft, 6-bedroom 6.5-bath home is located on 58 acres and is surrounded by a canopies of majestic trees. The Space: This home has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation, including 2 ponds on the property, your very own hiking trails, a bridge, many creeks, and natural boulders that are sure to amaze you. Our ‘The Wine Away’ only gets better with multiple outdoor seating areas, a fire pit, pool table, jacuzzi, and indoor bar area. 'The Wine Away’ has something for everyone! Upon stepping into the home, you will be greeted with an impressive two-story entrance with gorgeous wood beams and decorative staircase. A cozy living room, large dining room with fireplace, and a massive kitchen await you. A wood-burning pizza oven is available in the kitchen along with all the essentials to make you feel at home. On the first floor there are 5-bedrooms and 5-full bathrooms, as well as an extra family room. Upstairs you will find a pool table with a bar to enjoy time with your family and friends as well as two outdoor seating areas. There is one additional bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms upstairs. All bedrooms and bathrooms come stocked with hotel style linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap to make you feel at home. Enjoy the outdoors with the beautiful fire pit area or enjoy a glass of wine by the jacuzzi. A BBQ grill is also available to use. The home is conveniently located close to many shops and restaurants but still gives you the privacy to enjoy a quiet 'The Wine Away’. There is a grapefruit orchard on the property and is available for purchase seasonally, please ask the host for more details. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in. Please ask the host for more details. Guest Access: Guests have access to all amenities of the home, including jacuzzi, pizza oven, corn hole and fire pit. The Neighborhood: This home is located on a 58 acres, with your very own hiking trails, a bridge, many creeks, and natural boulders. The home is conveniently located close to many shops and restaurants but still gives you the privacy to enjoy a quiet ' Other Things to Note: We've also partnered with local wineries and restaurants in town. The home is huge! With lots of space to spend time with everyone as well as enough rooms, bathrooms, and private areas to get away if needed. The home was extremely clean and provided everything we needed. The master bedroom had extra hanging racks for our dresses and suites which was thoughful. We had ample space for cars for all our guests and it was so nice overlooking the putdoor gardens from our balconies. We had no issues with the home but the host messaged clear instructions before and after check out and was always responsive to questions. The Wineaway is absolutely breath taking and the land is beautiful. We felt secluded and very private. The video how to's are helpful but some need updating. One improvement needed is the pizza oven. The gas flame alone does not heat up the oven enough to cook anything. Per the instruction video, 2.5 hours does not heat the oven. Wood is needed to create the heat. The stovetop locks pretty easy when cleaning, no need to use the breakers, simply hold the lock button down for 3 seconds. More washcloths are needed and more towels for the kitchen is a strong recommendation. Other than these items, we had a wonderful stay & highly recommend. ##### Martin F. Beautifully decorated. All the amenities we needed. Full stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs. Close to winery, walking trails and easy access to delivery and going out. We were able to have a small, intimate rehearsal dinner here and it was a PERFECT space with the extra amenities (lawn games, fire pits, spacious lawn, etc.). We also used it for getting ready the day of and the photos are gorgeous - the space was perfectly split up so that the bridesmaids and groomsmen could get ready separately without worry of the bride and groom seeing each other. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful before and during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again! ##### Jasmine C.
