The added bonus was its location to the beach for early morning walks before the busyness started. The property is not air conditioned (which we learned is typical in that area) so keep that in mind. "Location is convenient for walking either to the beach or to the downtown restaurants. Cottage is comfortable with lots of room for 2 people. WiFi is great, very fast.
