The owner kept the location spotless and everything was in good working order. The hot tub room is incredible and the house itself is spacious and well-kept. "Two friends - ages 70+ - decided to escape to Tuscany. Villa Nobile was the destination. Everything about it was magical, especially the grounds and astounding views. We savored every moment. The only slight disappointment was that walking to Montepulciano was very challenging on narrow, dusty roads. Fortunately, we had a car that eased our journey.
