« Wasn’t told about additional $25 fee for dog. Was advertised as pet friendly. Man at check in desk was very curt & had no customer skills. Acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there. The window sheers were in shreds. A/C sounded like it was going to blow up. Breakfast was very poor. Greasy sausage, tasteless powdered eggs! Needless to say, we won’t be staying at this place again. »

« Tried getting a hold of staff to let them know I was going to be late arrival could not get a hold of anyone. So I was concerned when I got there if my room was still going to be available. When I got there the room she put me in 315 was not cleaned or ready but she was able to put me in 215 with same accommodations. I was worried of people above but no noise. Prices of rooms the water left in rooms should be free if you ask me. Prices were a little steep. But views were nice. »

« This resort was a slice of Heaven in an area that feels quite remote. The check in is amazing because they just text you a code to get into your room so you don’t have to go to a main desk.
