If i had paid what hotel was charging then yes i could see areas of complaint like window kept opening as lock not working, noodles in kettle so not been cleaned from previous customers. You get what u paid for so i dont have complaints. Staff were brilliant. Very friendly. Would defo use hotels.com again. Great price and good communications"
