Our second stay, at Wayne Brook, and already planning next visit.
On arrival greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff - Lola is fantastic.
We stayed in Queen/Jacuzzi suite.
Room was beautiful old world charm. With modern jacuzzi bathroom.
Also very nice decor in hallways and common areas - each a had well thought out theme
Horses pictures etc.
Highly recommend
Little place. The woman that helped me with late check-in was delightful. I was just a quick in and out for a golf tournament. So I didn’t see her do much else and sleep. Bed was comfy. Clean room and bathroom were clean.

The property is in an old building. Squeaky floors and old plumbing fixtures come with that. They are doing their best to fix up and upgrade where they can.
The rooms are fairly quiet (hotel sits on the corner of an intersection of rtes 10 and 322)
Very comfortable rooms with ample places to sit and relax
The Inn was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant were closed for renovations. The Inn itself is old and the furniture reflects that older period . Creaky floors are abundant. The Inn is located on a busy, noisy intersection.
We travel to the Lancaster area several times a year, this was our first time staying here it was my wifes 65th birthday and I wanted something a little nicer. This did not disappoint, the room was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Lola on the front desk was excellent. I called ahead and had roses delivered before our arrival and Lola went above my expectations. She opened them up and set them in a vase in our room before our arrival along with the card and ballon sent. I definately reccomend staying here as I know we will be back.

Desk clerk (Anthony) actually came out of the building to find me when I had trouble finding the parking annex. Very helpful staff, nice room, inn undergoing renovations and it does need updating.
Beautiful Inn but could definitely be updated. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was adequate.

I liked that it was an historic hotel, but it definitely needed updates. Curtains looked dirty and dirty stains on the ceiling. Elevator not working. Though, staff was very friendly.
We had a great stay at Waynebrook Inn. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. The room was very clean, and the common areas throughout the hotel were also well maintained.
The hotel itself is older, but that's part of its charm. It has a lot of character while still feeling comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was exactly as advertised and was a nice added benefit each morning. Parking was easy and convenient, which made coming and going hassle-free.
Overall, a pleasant stay and a great option for anyone visiting the area.
THEY TOOK HISTORY AND MADE IT 20TH CENTURY. OUR SUITE WAS WELL STOCKED WITH TOWELS, THE COUCH WAS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE BUT WAS IN NEED OF FEW TAILORED SPOTS, I'D LOVE TO HAVE IT AT MY HOME, COULD USE MORE STAFF, RESTAURANT ON SITE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL DURING A RAINSTORM AT DINNER HOUR, FOOD WAS GREAT!
WONDERFUL STAFF , ONLY FLAW WAS THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT DURING OUR STAY, SO CHECKING INTO 3RD FLOOR ROOM WAS ALITTLE TRYING....WOULD LOVE A 2ND STAY
