« Amazing place, really quiet and clean. Rooms are huge and well designed. Small inconvenience: breakfast only from 8:00am so complicated when you are there for work. The only thing I didn't appreciate is the first night we had dinner at the restaurant and when we went to pay the bill, an additional tip was already defined and there was no other choice. I thought it was the way the restaurant works but the second night we had a dinner, no tip has been asked at all! Such a pity because the meal was...

« Nous avons particulierement aimé : L'immense chambre, ses nombreuses fenêtres, sa salle de bain, les éclairages autour du lit et la vue incroyable du 6e etage. Mais aussi, le parking couvert et son coût de seulement 10 euros la nuit proche. La soirée estivale à côté de l'hôtel était une bonne surprise pour cette étape. Enfin, la salle du petit-déjeuner au 10e étage offre une vue incroyable sur les bateaux du port de Kiel au lever du soleil. Excellente étape et excellent rapport qualité-prix....

« There is nobody at the recption after 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm you have to download an app, make a phone call to the hotel to get a code that activate an "e-key"...what's happen if your phone is out of power or if you don't have the connexion or the knowledge to go through this procedure? Then you can make a phone call and somebody comes to open the door but it is "very costly" according to the hotel manager!!! Unbelievable!!! The only purpose of the system is for the hotel to avoid the cost...
