"Room was very clean. Had a proper office chair, which would be ideal for doing extended work at the desk. My favorite feature of this property was the second-floor terrace, which had comfortable seating and a good view of the Santuario de la Virgen de los Remedios. I spent hours there reading a book and admiring the view of the Santuario. "
"This is a recently costructed small hotel beautifully build. Rooms have vaulted ceilings made of bricks and walls of stone.The staff is extra nice and helpful, and the hotel is immaculately clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is lack of a/c, or even a fan in the room."

"This property is very pretty , I love the installation and the staff was friendly and polite, the only disappointment was there’s no coffee in the rooms, or complimentary coffee , and the restaurant doesn’t open until 8 so we have to get dressed and go to the Oxxo instead of enjoying a cup of coffee in the beautiful poolside terrace , I hope that change and make a package that includes breakfast so we can come back next year, but I do recommend the hotel, is safe and clean "

"The staff was kind and very helpful. We definitely plan on staying there again soon! Has rooftop access to pool area and a beautiful view. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday we were there. I did not rate comfort as excellent because it is an old building and the original architecture was respected. "Beautiful property with inner yards, one adapted to the dining area, and the other one connecting the hotel rooms. Lovely and peaceful. There’s a small pool on the roof and the views are spectacular from there. Couple of steps from the pyramid and few blocks to the main plaza in San Pedro Cholula, incredible location. Enclosed parking was a big plus for us. Great service, friendly staff."
