"Likes: Free pick-up from airport Room clean Restaurant open till midnight Free wifi Some rooms are quiet Brekky included Dislikes Charge $40 for shuttle back to airport Charge for early check-in & late check out…,should be more flexible as this is an airport hotel Very noisy rooms on street side of hotel Curtains do not full close so light comes in. Overall needs some maintenance. Brekky included- a pre-plated meal with veggies, boiled egg, mystery processed meat, cheese and bread ( no gluten free). Instant coffee….I would have thought brewed or Turkish. Had a late dinner….be prepared to wait 30-49 minutes for your food. Overall I stayed 2 nights…one on way into country and then again on way out. It works for a simple overnight."

"When we arrived, we found out the hotel had electricity issues so they managed to transport us to a nearby sister hotel which was ok for one night stay. We had to catch our flight to US in the morning. The staff for both hotels were super helpful. Overall a great experience although there was a hiccup at the begining."

"Good option, if you just need to get through the night. It’s comfortable enough. Love the blanket! Bring ear plugs. I’m not joking. Some people just don’t know how and when to shut up. Aside from everything, $200 seems too much, but it’s an airport with no alternatives and i’m not the one setting prices. Give it a try. Safe travels."

"What a wonderful place to stay in Istanbul, in a great neighborhood! This is my fourth long stay here and it gets better each time. Tiny neighborhoods in Bosporus with great eateries, museums and incredible scenic views are within miles of the location. The hotel is clean, luxurious and beautiful inside and out. The rooms are well maintained with incredibly comfy beds, beautiful rainforest showers and big tubs. I will be back next year. Highly recommend Grand Tarabya to all. Billur Samli, MD"

"My stay was very short. It was for a one-night stopover between London and Singapore. It was close the IST airport so it was very convenient. The check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The desk staff were very friendly. Had dinner in the restaurant and the selection was very good and it tasted great. The staff were excellent. Recommended."
