"After originally being given the wrong room we entered our junior suite and were very pleased. Only issues we had was the noise from outside, car horns at silly o’clock, nothing to do with the hotel. Breakfasts here are a must! The omelettes are incredible!!!!! All the staff were so warm and friendly. Honestly, can’t wait to return. We were here for the half marathon and will be booking again next year as ideal place to stay in Manchester."

"The hotel was exceptionally well‑maintained, and the rooms were spotless. The staff was helpful and respectful, always making sure our needs were met throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast selection and the cozy atmosphere. Best of all, the location was perfect—close to major tourist attractions like the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, and the bridge, and just a short walk from the train station."

"Our stay at Fraser Suites was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make our 30th anniversary celebration extra special. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and they surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine, delicious treats, and a thoughtful anniversary card. Such personal touches made us feel truly valued and welcomed. A special thank you to Reamy, who was an absolute delight. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local places to visit and things to do during our stay. The accommodations, hospitality, and exceptional customer service made this a memorable experience. We would definitely stay at Fraser Suites again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay."

"We were made to wait for check in(understandable) but the service was cold. When we then checked in at 3pm and went to room it had yet to be made and was filthy from the previous guests. What is most annoying is what happened/didn't happen next. No customer care, no management, pretty poor all round. The lack of service or care ruined the experience. Would never book again"
