Summary:
Happy vibes style condo located in downtown Eureka Springs. Within walking distance to shopping, dining, entrainment and more. Located just 1.5 miles from The Great Passion Play, 9.5 miles to the Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, 3.4 miles from Thorncrown Chapel, 5.9 miles to Quigley's Castle. 5.4 miles to Lake Leatherwood, 8.2 miles to Blue Spring, 5 miles to Eureka Zipline, 1.9 miles to Just Bee Coffee Bar, & .8 miles to The Cresent Hotel.

The Space:
This cool cozy space is designed to be enjoyable after a fun day of shopping, exploring, and checking out all that Eureka Springs has to offer. It was designed to be comfortable and inviting with a studio style set-up. This is 1 unit in a 4-unit house. There are no shared spaces. There is also parking at the house with 1 spot per unit. There is an open space when you walk in with a tv equipped with Roku, a queen bed, small kitchen area that has a mini fridge, cooktop, microwave, sink, and drop-down table.
Dogs are allowed with prior approval at this property. There is an additional fee of $40 per pet per stay that will be charged after booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog so that we can get it approved.
Rules are that the dog must be on a leash when outside in the neighborhood. Please kindly pick up after your pet. Dogs must stay off of the furniture and are required to be crated if you are going to be away from the house. Please do not leave pet unsupervised.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the whole condo except for 1 locked closet.

We are downtown Eureka Springs and within walking distance to so many things. See the summery for distances to many well-known attractions.

Getting Around:
Walk, bike, drive, trolly.

Good
The property was as described. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location of the property was within walking distance of the main strip. This is a bottom unit. The people above us were extremely loud. We reached out to the host at midnight and they took care of it immediately. It is also pet friendly so you may have to listen to pets barking and jumping around above you. The host is great and we enjoyed our stay. If we return we would definitely book an upstairs unit.

Great location but a bit disappointed
Unit was not clean as described. Floor dirty, furniture dusty & bathroom rug had not been washed. Sheets were fine. The location was good, not a long walk to town. About 1/2 mile. Roku was nice to have. The property was described as small and it definitely was. Hubby & I tripped over each other frequently. Getting around the door to get to the toilet was challanging. lol Overall we would not stay again. Not for us.
