The carpet could really use updating as well as the refrigerator provided in the room. I could not open the fridge door all the way because it hit the floor and would get stuck. Room was clean, gave us plenty of towels, coffee maker worked. There for a week for business and sight seeing. Staff was friendly and bed and bathroom were comfortable and clean. However, room chair, floor, TV remote, door handles, and light switches were not cleaned and sanitized for covid. We did not expect that! We did it ourselves since we didn't want anyone entering our room during our stay. We had a major problem with their wifi. It was weak, slow, spotty, and intermittent. Caused lag and delay problems for our business zoom calls in the room. We are use to good connectivity for that price. We eventially ended up tethering to our phones using our hotspots to get strong, consistent signal streaming without interruptions. The comforters were stained and we had to ask them to be changed. I dont feel we received the quality room for the price paid. Service was friendly.
