Everything about the room and the service (free upgrade and let me borrow a charger!!) was Great. Coffee in the room but coffee shop in the hotel was great. BUT not 5 starts because the water pressure in the shower is not good.

The property is conveniently located and has a U of Oregon feel. Our suite and the common areas could use refreshing. No in room safe. Housekeeping every 3rd day unless it is requested more frequently. Service at the restaurant/bar was very slow.

This is a very interesting hotel with a unique theme. Aptly named the "Graduate" because it has college student theme, one mostly revolving around sports. The room was spacious, but had a partly broken faucet in the bathroom. I reported that, so it should be fixed now. It could have used more accessible A/C outlets near all sides of the beds, however. The restaurant and cafe on the premises was excellent. The only complaint was the parking situation. The parking is not free, so should be considered as part of the room cost when booking. I believe they have an option that includes parking, but that costs more.

This is the place to stay when you are in Eugene for an event at the Hult Center. The hotel is right next door to the Hult Center.

Always very happy with the graduate. Good rooms and really nice social space. Only reason for 4* is housekeeping can be a bit hit or miss, although they will resolve issues quickly by text which is great.

Very unique room decor, with fun, eccentric furnishings that bring the property's "old college experience" to life. On the downside, they stuck me next to the ice machine and elevator, so it was extremely noisy. Also, if you want to relax and watch some television, you're outa luck -- the Dish package is slim and lousy. Hardly any premium channels to choose from, no TCM, nothing. And no mini-bar, as that seems to have gone the way of the dodo. Instead, you're forced to go down to the lobby to buy your ridiculously overpriced beverage or snack. Come on, bring back the mini-bar, or -- gasp! -- dare I dream? -- room service! You want to charge $300 a night to stay in Eugene? Try offering service again!

the staff is really friendly and its a fun walkable setting but be prepared to pay $22 a day for parking and the food at the restaurant isnt great. there are a lot better places to eat close by so go and explore, you wont regret it. side note: theres a fun saturday outdoor market around the corner if u dont mind the smell of skunk.

Lobby and coffee shop was nice, the room was a little old. Ceiling had water damage and holes in the wall. For the cost I would expect more.
