Forfaits vacances – Estate La Press Valley

So one thing to remember here is that the property was built in the 60’s and sat for quite a while but with that said the rooms were immaculate…. Some of the resort does needs some updating like the pool which has a liner and sometimes it feels like you are walking on a sponge, but it was clean and well kept. We were a little surprised as the marketing made it seem as though it was a much bigger property than it is. They do serve three different types of food from the same kitchen. The food was excellent from all perspectives and the serving staff was so attentive and concerned that we were happy with the service. Another little issue we were presented with is that the power was being repaired as the facility is fully sustainable but the power went out a couple of times and we had to ask what was happening. It would have been nice if we were notified about the issues prior to arrival. I’m sure they are working to get it back to normal. They are working hard to get the property in order and you have to remember this resort is right on the water and the peace and serenity are quite admirable and we wouldn’t have changed that for anything. Julie was amazing and offered some complimentary things due to the power outages which we were very appreciative of that. She is caring, compassionate and really concerned about your stay and is quite the conversationalist. We enjoyed our conversation together. The entertainment was top notch..! Everything was great I was amazed how clean the buffet kitchen was so clean hoe well maintained they had everything!

J'ai aimé la plage et la mer. Le personnel est très attentif aux besoins et répond aux questions posées. Je n'ai pas aimé la façon dont le transport de l'hôtel vers les différents points d'attraction se fait. Si tu n'as pas de voiture il faut négocier le prix du transport avec les chauffeurs de taxi. Les prix peuvent être exagérés si tu n'as pas d'idée. Ce n'est pas réglementé et il faut payer cash .
