« We were in town for a wedding and spent one night at the Hamilton house inn. Our room was, clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. Shawn cooked us French toast, sausage, and grits for breakfast. It was delicious. If we ever return to Monroe, we will stay again. 5 stars! »

« I’ve stayed at this property many times. It’s extremely aesthetically appealing and the staff are super friendly but that’s as far as it goes. It’s nothing really special about or comes with the hotel. Basic amenities, no free breakfast, or no pool. And for the price you pay, you'd think….but nope, nothing. Actually, this is probably the nicest hotel in this dead town. EXTREMELY expensive for the area though. Anyway, it’s 2 bars on the property, 1 restaurant (entirely gluten free apparently),...

« We have stayed at this property before for baseball and have not had any issues. This time, we arrived later in the night. We got up to the room, the curtains were on the floor, the beds looked like they had been laid in already, there were piles of hair on the floor, food on the chair, spiders crawling on the floor, and the mirrors were so dirty.
