« Loved all the themed rooms! The kitchen has all the pots, pans, plates, cups and silverware you need but you will need to bring spices and coffee (they have a coffee pot) Oh…big one..No microwave. I was there for work so I had bought some things to pop in the microwave but there wasn’t one. It probably says on the booking but I must have missed it. Pet friendly which was great. « We had a high school bass tournament at Jimmie Davis State Park. But as usual, all the cabins at JDSP were booked. This gem of a place, PawPaw’s Place, was better than imagined. We were a family of four sharing with another family of three and it worked out perfectly. It was close to the tournament and places to eat. The owner, Dawn Scott, gave us all of the information before the trip, and then again the day we were traveling. She gave things to do, places to go and eat and everything you need...

« Everything was great. The room was neat and stocked with towels, etc. Mary was responsive to communications and the property was easy to get in and out of. Sarina is the sweetest caretaker on the planet and made sure we had everything we needed. Would book again. »

« Charming old house near ULM. The house is fully furnished with kitchen and washer/dryer. The bathroom and bedroom doors are not lockable due to old age. Overall, the house is clean, in a quiet neighborhood, but it needs more electrical outlets for phone charging as some rooms have no electrical outlet or only one outlet. I would stay again if I need to come to ULM. »

« On the upside - great location; loved the covered boat stall and dock; beds were comfortable; plenty of parking for boat trailer; A/C works! Plenty of towels & cookware. On the downside - the frig was full of food that had been left from previous visitors - like long ago visitors. We thru out everything that had stuff growing on it. The shower head was not adjustable so a bit uncomfortable. This was our second time going and we will definitely go back. »

« The townhouse was as described. Everything was clean and functioning well. The full size washer and dryer were great. The kitchen was well stocked, the only thing I didn't find was a cutting board but may have been my poor looking skills :) The beds were comfortable with quality bedding.
