Amazing city break in Greece!!! We spent some days in this wonderful resort during our stay in Peloponnese. It is located on the beach and there is full of clean atmosphare! There are many pools and beaches, wooden sunbeds and direct sea view. High speed wifi, clean suite & bathroom, traditional breakfast on a bamboo basket in our private veranda!!! Near to Spetse & Hydra islands, Epidavros, Nafplio & Athens. Overall was a perfect experience for our family!!! New Luxury Villa with Swimming pool, Tennis court, Beach Volley & Hammam bath

An amazing escape!…

Alexandros and Virginie were delightful hosts as they accommodated our 2 families at such short notice at Villa Olea. The villa was breathtaking not just its views, location but the layout and design. Every aspect of our stay was catered for including all the toys and games for the kids to make the most of the private beach, pool, tennis and volleyball. court. Holiday highlights were many but simply paddle boarding and snorkeling around the sheltered coves every morning was bliss. We also had an amazing birthday dinner cooked by the villa chef ! A Dreamhouse for Unforgettable Vacation, 3min Walking to the Beach

Fantastic, Spacious House…

We very much enjoyed our holidays in this beautiful house. The communication with the owner was excellent and the house very clean upon arrival. Great swimming pool and only a short walk to the beach. The area is not connected to high water service standards, so it is better not to drink tab water. We were warned about this in advance though and bottles (and nice fresh fruit!) were ready when we arrived. Pillows and towels were put on the pool chairs every day and the garden surrounding the pool and the house is beautiful. The house is very spacious. We had a great experience there and can recommend staying in this beautiful house.…We very much enjoyed our holidays in this beautiful house. Bel endroit pour se détendre…

Endroit calme, reposant, accueillant avec une très belle vue sur la mer et l'île d'Hydra mais un peu reculé. Le charmant village d'Hermione à proximité mérite un petit détour (notamment pour ses restaurants de bord de mer). La piscine de l'hôtel est très agréable tout comme la chambre que nous avions choisie et que nous recommandons(chambre à l'étage vue mer).…

Spotlessly clean with several great restaurants nearby. Islands of Spetses and Hydra within easy reach providing excellent day trip options Room had a refrigerator and large balcony overlooking the marina Would definitely recommend Ps restaurant 200 metres away and sharing the same was superb!!! …

Luxury Beachfront Villa with Swimming pool and Tennis Court

Miracle Holiday…

Everything we wanted and more. 14 family members with an age range of 3 years to 66 years travelled to Greece to help me celebrate a special birthday. From the moment we arrived which was very late in the evening we were met by Alex and Virginia where a beautiful meal was waiting for us and this set the very high standard of attention we received throughout our 14 night stay. The villa is beautiful, plenty of accommodation for everyone. We used all the facilities from the bar b q to the tennis courts, table tennis, kayaks and paddle boards. Alex arranged some water scooters for us to use (at an additional cost) which everyone from the young to the older ones of us thoroughly enjoyed. We had many plans to visit sites whilst in Greece but found ourselves staying at the villa for the majority of the time either swimming, snorkelling, paddle boarding or kayaking in the sea or swimming and floating on the inflatables in the pool. Alex arranged a whatsapp group with the family so anything we wanted or needed help with was so easy to sort. Virginia arranged two people carriers to take us all to a beautiful restaurant that she had recommended and booked on our behalf in Ermioni on the harbour, it was beautiful and the food delicious. Dimitri came and cooked for us 3 times the food was absolutely gorgeous, he would always come the day before and talk about what you would like and give you ideas for the meals also the the salads, desserts etc which were all amazing. He was such a lovely man always a smile and a wonderful chef. The Housekeeping was exceptional they came in daily were always polite fresh bedding and towels every third day. Finally a word for our hosts Alex and Virginia what stars they were, nothing was to much trouble, always a smile when they popped in they arranged lots of extra bits for the children as well as managing to sneak in a beautiful Chocolate ice-cream cake for my birthday, we were all thoroughly spoilt. Alex and Virginia as well as the beautiful villa Aria made this a holiday that my family and I will never forget. No one can fail to have a beautiful, relaxing time. Αισθητικά ικανοποιητικό κατάλυμα, ευχαριστοι και ευγενικοί ιδιοκτήτες, πλεονέκτημα η ιδιωτική πισίνα. Δυσάρεστη έκπληξη αποτελεί το γεγονός, ότι δεν διαθέτει πόσιμο νερό (!!!), γεγονός, που δεν αναφέρεται στις πληροφορίες του καταλύματος. Επίσης, δεν αναφέρει, ότι η πρόσβαση γίνεται από χωματόδρομο. Ο εξοπλισμός κουζίνας ανεπαρκής, είμαστε δύο άτομα και δυσκολευτηκαμε, δεν υπήρχε βάση κοπής, ταψιά, μαχαίρια μόνο για φρούτα. Έχω την συνήθεια να πλένω τα κουζινικα σκεύη στα καταλύματα, που μένω και εδώ διαπίστωσα, ότι δεν καθαριστηκαν επιμελώς, παρά τις διαβεβαιώσεις των ιδιοκτητών για τήρηση μέτρων υγιεινής. Η καθαριότητα κάτω του μετρίου, άλατα και σκουριές στην καμπίνα του μπάνιου, καθημερινή η παρουσία της κυρίας της καθαριότητας, όχι όμως ιδιαίτερα αποτελεσματική (την πρώτη μέρα βρήκα περιτύλιγμα σοκολάτας στην ντουλάπα του υπνοδωματίου από τους προηγούμενους επισκέπτες, προφανώς). Τέλος, το σπίτι αρκετά δυσλειτουργικο, το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο είναι ουσιαστικά πατάρι με πρόσβαση από σκάλα, κατάλληλο ίσως μόνο για παιδιά, όχι πολύ μικρά όμως, λόγω σχετικής επικινδυνοτητας πρόσβασης. Επίσης, για να χρησιμοποιήσει κανείς το μπάνιο με ευκολία προϋποθέτει να είναι ψηλός (είμαι 1,65,σε καλή φυσική κατάσταση και δυσκολεύτηκα λίγο).
