"I had a balcony suite and we had a spider in our room. Quite a large one according to my standards. We called the front desk, and our hotel manager at the time came up loaded with a broom and several kinds of spray. She heroically batted down and disposed of the spider for us. We had a good laugh about it that night, and the next day when we saw her again. I didn't get her name, but she was the nicest gal! Kudos to her for her spidey-senses."

Outside security door wouldnt stay latched, so anyone could get in. Internet was extremely limited. AC couldnt keep entire suite comfortable due to the layout. Breakfast was so so but usual as most hotels. Toilet paper rolls were half full. Neighboring hotel was trash and attracted not the best clientele."
