"Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana ed è stata perfetta! Salvatore ed Anna Maria sono persone meravigliose, disponibili e molto presenti. Ci hanno consigliato cosa vedere, dove mangiare e Salvatore si è occupato personalmente di prenotare la visita alle meravigliose Isole di Favignana e Levanzo. L'accoglienza è stata una bellissima sorpresa con vino, frutta fresca e dolci tipici della zona ❤️ la posizione dell'appartamento è comoda a tutto! Insomma che dire... "The hotel offers less than expected. As a Resort & Spa it's expected to have Resort's facilities and to be a spa which nothing more than swimming-pool was found. The service was the highlight, particularly at the breakfast, both Marco and Valentina did everything they could to make our experience the best. Congrats to this team! "

"When we arrived, we were not given a room with a balcony and were told the hotel was fully booked. We booked on March 30 and arrived September 9th. We found this excuse unacceptable. Perfect for families that just want to relax and keep kids entertained so many facilities and the guy was nice enough to say when we check out we are free to stay around at the pool and just hang out as we want for as long as we want.
