"Newly constructed property. The walls were thin - noise could be an issue. We stayed on the first cold weekend of fall. The downstairs bunk room had no heating- just a blank switch plate where the thermostat should have been. The host was unaware of this. The portable air conditioner in the living room let enough cold air in during a wind gust - that the living room was uncomfortable.These are all issues that I am sure this host will iron out - she was very responsive and easy to work with. Our room faced east and was equipped with clean, cozy furnishings, dinnerware, and nice towels. Walter the dog welcomed us and probably helps Jeff, who hosted us, keep the place running beautifully. "Place was decent. Good central location. However paying anywhere close to 500 dollars for a few nights is beyond over priced. We walked into the room and I had to kill 3 bugs. The baseboards have never been touched. Dust everywhere. And pictures almost coming off the wall. It was safe to sleep and go in and out of room but would not book again. "
